About ValenID

What we do

ValenID supplies the hardware layer of identification and access systems: card and QR readers, face-recognition terminals, UHF RFID readers and antennas, embedded reader modules, RFID tags and credentials, and the locks, exit buttons and power supplies that complete a door.

Our customers are system integrators, security installers, OEM device makers, software companies that need certified-compatible hardware, and distributors who want one dependable source for a broad RFID range.

How we are different

We are an independent supplier — we don't claim to own a factory. We work with established RFID manufacturing partners, and our job is everything around the product that makes a project succeed: choosing the right part, confirming compatibility, testing before shipment and supporting you after installation.

• Specification first. We ask about your controller, credential technology, output format and environment before we quote, so the part you receive is the part that works.
• Samples before volume. Most items can be sampled so you can validate them in your own system.
• Checked before dispatch. Electronic items are powered up and function-tested; every order is checked against its packing list.
• One source for mixed orders. Readers, cards, tags, locks and power supplies can be consolidated into one shipment.
• Plain answers. If a product is not the right fit, we say so.

What we supply

• Access Control Readers — Reader-mode card, keypad and QR readers that pass credential data to the controller, turnstile or elevator board already on site.
• Access Controllers & Terminals — Controllers and terminals that manage credentials at the door and switch a lock relay.
• Access Control Accessories — Locks, brackets, exit devices, power supplies, closers and rain covers for completing an access-controlled door.
• UHF RFID — EPC Gen2 UHF readers, antennas and modules for vehicle access, inventory and OEM integration.
• RFID Modules & Industrial Readers — Embedded LF/HF modules and enclosed industrial read heads for OEM devices and production systems.
• Cards & Desktop Readers — Cards, fobs and wristbands with desktop readers for enrollment and encoding.
• RFID Tags — Industrial and embedded tags grouped by mounting method and handling conditions: on-metal, ceramic, seal, livestock, laundry and PCB/FPC formats.
