This policy explains how ValenID ("we") handles information collected through valenid.com.

What we collect

• Inquiry details you submit: name, email, company, country, phone/WhatsApp number, products of interest and your message.
• Referral information: the page you submitted from, the page you first landed on, the referring website and campaign (UTM) parameters, so we understand how buyers find us.
• Analytics: if enabled, usage statistics (pages viewed, device type, approximate country) via cookies or similar technologies.

How we use it

To answer your inquiry, prepare quotations, fulfil orders, provide support and improve this website. We do not sell your information.

Service providers

When online submission is enabled, Web3Forms processes inquiries for delivery to our mailbox. When the form prepares an email instead, you send it through your own email provider. Analytics, if enabled, are processed by the configured analytics provider.

Retention

Inquiry and order correspondence is kept as long as needed for the business relationship and applicable record-keeping obligations.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing sales@valenid.com.

Local storage

Your inquiry list and referral information are stored in your own browser (localStorage). A confirmed online submission clears the inquiry list. Preparing an email keeps the list so you can still refer to it. Referral information remains until you clear your browser data.
