Card-and-phone door controller for sites without a LAN: 4G LTE to the cloud, Bluetooth 5.0 phone entry, 13.56 MHz ISO/IEC 14443A cards, relay output, IP55.
The BL-140 is a compact card-and-phone door controller that reports to a cloud platform over 4G LTE rather than a site network. Residents and staff open the door with a 13.56 MHz card or a phone over Bluetooth 5.0, while administrators add or delete users remotely across the cellular link. The front has no keypad, which keeps it discreet on rental units, plant rooms, telecom cabinets and remote pedestrian gates.
An M4-core MCU running at 120 MHz handles card reading and communication. The reader follows ISO/IEC 14443A and accepts MIFARE Classic, CPU (microprocessor) smart cards and NFC cards. The 113 × 75 × 16 mm housing is IP55 rated, operates from –20 to +60 °C, has 4 kV contact / 8 kV air ESD protection and includes a tamper alarm that sounds from the unit.
Supply 9–15 V DC; standby draw is roughly 80 mA, rising to a maximum of 200 mA when active. The harness carries relay contacts (NO1/NC1/COM1) for standard magnetic or electric bolt locks, an exit-button input (SW1), a door-contact input (MAG) and Wiegand D0/D1 data lines.
This is a 4G variant. The published band list for the standard module covers TD-LTE and FD-LTE bands of specific carriers only, so confirm LTE band compatibility with your country before ordering. The cloud platform and phone app should be confirmed for your region at the same time; we check both before quoting.

The standard module is listed for a limited set of TD-LTE and FD-LTE carrier bands. Tell us your country and carrier, and we confirm compatibility before you place an order.
No. Entry is by 13.56 MHz card or Bluetooth phone only. If you need PIN entry, choose one of the keypad controllers in this range.
They are the Wiegand D0 (green) and D1 (white) data lines. Tell us whether you need the unit to send or receive Wiegand and we confirm the setup for your controller.
ISO/IEC 14443A cards at 13.56 MHz: MIFARE Classic, CPU smart cards and NFC cards. It does not read 125 kHz proximity cards.
The relay provides NO, NC and COM contacts for standard magnetic locks or electric bolt locks, powered from a separate lock supply.
Compare Wiegand, OSDP and RS485 reader interfaces: wiring, cable limits, AES-128 Secure Channel and steps for a compatible access-control migration.
Maglock wiring with dry-relay COM/NC: keypad and reader diagrams, REX signals, approved egress release paths and manufacturer-specific suppression.
A fail-safe lock releases when power is cut; a fail-secure lock stays locked. Learn which to use per door, how to wire NO/NC, and what egress codes expect.
