Networked controller board for one or two doors with TCP/IP and RS485 host links, Wiegand entry/exit readers, 5 A lock relays and storage for 30,000 cards.
NC-110 is a networked access control board for installers who need one or two doors managed from a central server. Each door takes an entry and an exit Wiegand reader plus a request-to-exit button, and the board switches the lock through its own relay. It reports to the host over TCP/IP Ethernet or an RS485 bus, so it fits LAN-connected buildings as well as sites wired with a serial backbone.
The board runs embedded Linux on a 32-bit 400 MHz processor with 32 Mbit RAM and 256 Mbit flash, and keeps up to 30,000 cards and 100,000 event records locally. A hardware watchdog guards against firmware lock-ups. The 12 V input is protected against over-current, over-voltage and reversed polarity, the reader supply output has its own over-current protection, and every input, output and communication port carries transient surge protection.
Door logic includes anti-passback, interlock between doors, multi-card opening (several authorized users must present a credential) and remote open or close from the software. Linkage rules react to hardware and event triggers such as door state, card events, I/O points or a specific card number.
Feed the board 12 V DC ±20%; it draws no more than 0.5 A, so size the supply for readers and locks on top of that. Lock relays switch up to 36 V DC at 5 A and auxiliary relays up to 36 V DC at 2 A, which covers 12 V maglocks and drop bolts. The published 160 × 106 × 1.6 mm size is the bare board, so plan a lockable metal enclosure with its power supply. Software and SDK support depend on your platform: tell us which one you run and we will confirm compatibility before you order.

Apartment building access control hardware: anti-clone readers with matched fob sets, QR visitor codes, 4G controllers for rentals and UHF tags for gates.
Gym access control system hardware for 24/7 clubs: fob and wristband readers, face and QR terminals, anti-passback controllers and no-touch exit buttons.
Both use the same 160 × 106 mm board with TCP/IP and RS485. The 1-door build has one lock relay, two Wiegand reader inputs and one auxiliary output; the 2-door build has two relays, four reader inputs, two auxiliary inputs and two auxiliary outputs.
Any reader with Wiegand output, including 125 kHz, 13.56 MHz and PIN keypad readers, since the board accepts multiple Wiegand formats. Each door takes an entry and an exit reader, which is what anti-passback needs.
Yes. The lock relay is rated up to 36 V DC and 5 A, so it easily switches a 12 V or 24 V maglock such as EL-190 (480 mA at 12 V). Size the access control power supply for the lock, readers and board together.
Use TCP/IP where a LAN port is available near the controller, and RS485 where several controllers share a serial bus back to the host. Both links are on every board, so the choice can be made on site.
That depends on your platform. Tell us which management software or SDK the project uses and we will confirm compatibility and firmware requirements before you order.
