RFID Vehicle Access Control & Parking
Plan an RFID vehicle access control system: UHF windshield tags, long-range lane readers, Wiegand controllers and barrier triggering. Lane BOM and samples.
Send us your controller model, card type and install environment. We'll shortlist compatible hardware and quote within 24 hours.
Large-frame 125 kHz EM reader for barrier gates and vehicle lanes, used with dedicated thick cards and wired to any controller with a Wiegand 26 input.
The CR-110 is a 125 kHz long-range proximity reader for barrier gates, vehicle lanes and other entrances where a small door reader would make users lean out to badge. It is used with dedicated EM-format thick cards, also decodes EM4100, EM4102 and EM4200-compatible credentials, and passes every card number to your controller as Wiegand 26.
Its open I-shaped frame measures 240 × 235 × 35 mm and mounts on a gate post, lane island or kiosk wall. The reader runs from 12 V DC (±5%) at up to 200 mA, reports a card in under 120 ms once it enters the field, and has static and miswiring protection on its inputs.
We do not quote a read distance, because none is published for this model. Real-world range depends on the thick card, the mounting surface and any steel close by, so we bench-test a sample with your cards and send you the measured figure before a volume order. No ingress rating is published either: plan a canopy or a weatherproof kiosk for exposed lanes.
There are four leads: red for +12 V, black for ground, and white and green for the Wiegand data pair. Land them on any access controller or barrier board with a 26-bit Wiegand input; if card numbers come through garbled, swap the two data leads. The output format is fixed, so there is nothing to set on the reader itself. Configure the controller port for Wiegand 26 and enroll the cards by number.

| CR-110-E | 125 kHz EM long-range reader for dedicated thick cards; also reads EM4100/EM4102/EM4200-compatible cards; Wiegand 26 output. |
Plan an RFID vehicle access control system: UHF windshield tags, long-range lane readers, Wiegand controllers and barrier triggering. Lane BOM and samples.
Apartment building access control hardware: anti-clone readers with matched fob sets, QR visitor codes, 4G controllers for rentals and UHF tags for gates.
No range figure is published for this reader. Distance depends on the thick card, the mounting surface and nearby metal, so we measure it with your cards and share the result before a volume order.
It decodes EM4100, EM4102 and EM4200-compatible credentials, but it is specified with dedicated thick cards. Expect a shorter distance with thin cards or fobs and test samples first.
No. The output is fixed at Wiegand 26, so set the controller or barrier board input to 26-bit.
No ingress rating is published. Mount it under a canopy or inside a weatherproof kiosk, or ask us for an IP-rated alternative for fully exposed lanes.
A regulated 12 V DC supply held within ±5%. Budget 200 mA per reader when sizing the supply.
Compare Wiegand, OSDP and RS485 reader interfaces: wiring, cable limits, AES-128 Secure Channel and steps for a compatible access-control migration.
125 kHz cards are cheap but easy to clone; 13.56 MHz cards add memory and, on DESFire-class chips, AES security. Compare range, chips, security and migration.
Wiegand 26-bit is an even parity bit, 8-bit facility code, 16-bit card number and odd parity bit. Convert card numbers to hex and back with the calculator.
