Faceted metal reader for harsh sites: –40 to +85 °C, IP65, 125 kHz + 13.56 MHz, Wiegand 26/34 and RS485, optional Bluetooth LE 5.1. Card-only or touch keypad.
The CR-310 is built for doors and gates that see real temperature extremes: loading docks, cold stores, plant rooms and unheated perimeter entrances. It is rated for operation and storage from –40 to +85 °C, carries an IP65 rating and sits in a faceted, metal-framed housing. Outputs are Wiegand 26/34 and RS485, with Bluetooth LE 5.1 on the BT versions.
Dual-frequency versions read 125 kHz EM4100, EM4102, EM4200, EM4305 and EM4450 cards alongside 13.56 MHz credentials. At 13.56 MHz the reader is compatible with MIFARE Classic, DESFire EV1/EV2, Ultralight, Ultralight C, CPU cards and NFC Forum Type 1, 2 and 4 tags, and the card-only models also read ISO/IEC 15693 tags such as ICODE. Beyond UIDs, it can read MIFARE sector data and CPU-card content, includes anti-copy protection and rejects card emulation from NFC phones.
Setup uses a configuration card or an NFC-enabled phone, and firmware and parameters can be updated in the field. Supply is 9–15 V DC; at 12 V the reader draws about 170 mA on standby and about 190 mA while reading, with a read distance of 0–5 cm.
The reader is wall-mounted and ships with a 374 mm (14.7 in) cable and no logo. Run Wiegand D0/D1 to a conventional controller or use RS485 for panels and turnstile boards that poll serial readers. Keypad models (suffix K) add a touch keypad in the same 120 × 86 mm housing. The input is limited to 15 V, so 24 V systems need a step-down converter.

Turnstile card readers, QR scanners and face terminals for tripod, swing and speed gates, with Wiegand, RS485, RS232 or TTL output to the gate board.
Yes. Operating and storage range is –40 to +85 °C, humidity up to 90% non-condensing, and the housing is rated IP65.
Both read 13.56 MHz cards and output Wiegand 26/34 and RS485. The BT version adds Bluetooth LE 5.1, and the dual-frequency (D) builds always include it.
It has anti-copy protection and can read MIFARE sector or CPU-card content rather than relying on the UID alone. It also rejects card emulation from NFC phones.
9–15 V DC. At 12 V, allow about 190 mA per reader while reading; 24 V systems need a step-down converter.
No. The keypad models are specified for ISO/IEC 14443A/B credentials only; ICODE (ISO/IEC 15693) reading is listed for the card-only models.
Compare Wiegand, OSDP and RS485 reader interfaces: wiring, cable limits, AES-128 Secure Channel and steps for a compatible access-control migration.
125 kHz cards are cheap but easy to clone; 13.56 MHz cards add memory and, on DESFire-class chips, AES security. Compare range, chips, security and migration.
