Lower-cost integrated UHF reader for parking lanes: up to 10 m (9 dBi) or 15–20 m (12 dBi), with Wiegand 26/34, RS485, USB and optional TCP/IP.
The LR-120 is the value tier of our integrated UHF parking readers. It keeps the housing sizes, pigtail and interfaces of the LR-110 but uses a lower-cost UHF reader chip with RF output from 8 to 30 dBm. That makes it a sensible choice for sites that need dependable hands-free reads at the barrier rather than the longest possible distance.
Pick the 308.5 mm panel with a 9 dBi antenna for read ranges up to about 10 m, or the 445 mm panel with a 12 dBi antenna for roughly 15–20 m, depending on tag and installation. Both read EPC Gen2 (ISO 18000-6C) cards and windshield tags, and both are available as an EU 865–868 MHz or a US 902–928 MHz version.
Every unit outputs Wiegand 26/34, RS485 and USB. The -NET variants add TCP/IP for parking software that collects reads over the LAN. LED colors for the standby and card-read states are set in the configuration software.
Supply 9–15 V DC and allow up to 500 mA per reader. The color code matches the LR-110, so installers can move between the two tiers without rewiring: green for D0, white for D1, brown and orange for RS485, and a purple trigger input that responds to a low level from a loop detector. The housing is rated IP66 for open-air lanes. Check the read point with your own tags and vehicles before fixing the mounting height.

Plan an RFID vehicle access control system: UHF windshield tags, long-range lane readers, Wiegand controllers and barrier triggering. Lane BOM and samples.
Apartment building access control hardware: anti-clone readers with matched fob sets, QR visitor codes, 4G controllers for rentals and UHF tags for gates.
Housing sizes, interfaces and wiring are the same, but the LR-120 uses a lower-cost reader chip with 30 dBm maximum output instead of 33 dBm. Rated ranges are therefore shorter: about 10 m and 15–20 m, against 12 m and 30 m.

Yes. The housing is rated IP66 and the reader operates from –20 to +65 °C, which covers most open-air parking lanes.
Use the 865–868 MHz version in Europe and other ETSI markets, and the 902–928 MHz version in the US, Canada and other FCC regions. Your tags must be readable in the same band.
